Haydee Baker (she/her) is a Strategic Leader focused on Advancing Equity through Leadership Development. She completed her undergraduate degree at Siena Heights University with a BA in Healthcare Management. She then went on to start her career in clinical research, while also continuing her education at Central Michigan University, completing her MSA with a concentration in Leadership. She is a Visionary with 20+ years of experience in various key leadership roles, including 18 years in clinical and over 14 years of global project management.

Haydee is the Founder of 517 Hope Nonprofit, part of the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team, and a Founding member of the Maxwell Corporate Facilitator Program. She is a passionate Professional Event Speaker and a Leadership Development Coach. Haydee is ACRP Certified in Clinical Research, an Associate Director in Infectious Disease, and the Onboarding Lead of North America for the Pharma Giant of the world, Merck.

Trinidad Hermida (she/her) is the Founder & CEO of The Hermida Company LLC, a company focused on “Building Equity through Empathy.” She is also the Co-founder of Mr. Augmented, a mission-based startup that focuses on creating practical, immersive Augmented Reality experiences that enhance users’ everyday lives. Trinidad believes that “by incorporating everyone’s genius, we can change the game.” 

Through her empathy practice as a business framework, Trinidad’s work has amplified the voices of historically excluded groups at billion-dollar startups and seasoned corporations. During her tenure as the first Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Niantic, she built the company’s inclusivity strategy, talent diversity programs and aligned a global company under a singular mission: to create systemic change through equitable policy and empathic practice. She launched the Black Developers Initiative at Niantic, which granted black innovators funding and platform access to create industry-changing technology. An advocate for human-to-human connection - be it through coaching, mentoring, or otherwise - she works toward maintaining a cohesive understanding of empowering people with unconventional methods that can work to make the world more inclusive for all.

As a native of Lansing, Michigan, Charles L. Whitby has been a staple in the philanthropic community for more than 2 decades. Charles served in youth ministry at his local church for over 24 years and volunteered in multiple ministry outreach activities over that span. He was formerly a board member with the Las Vegas chapter of the 100 Black Men of Nevada, serving during his last term as the Vice President of Development for the organization. He also was an active mentor in the Chess program for the 100.

Charles is a board member of Solutions of Change, a non-profit based in Las Vegas that provides mental health services to individuals who are underemployed, underinsured and undocumented. Charles has volunteered with organizations such as the Umoja project, Tango Charities, Junior Achievement, Clark County Summer Business Institute and has conducted in class speaking engagements for youth all over the country. Charles's personal life experiences have made him passionate about the topic of leadership. He himself has utilized leadership training from the authors of the coursework in his professional progression.
